Mike was previously the Founder/CEO of OneOutdoor Holdings, an investment company that focused on acquisitions in the home services industry.
In twenty-four months, Mike led the investment origination and acquisition of 6 commercial landscaping companies, as well as post-close operations. Mike and OneOutdoor exited the platform in 2023 to a private equity backed strategic acquirer.
Prior to OneOutdoor Holdings, Mike was the COO of a real estate private equity firm in Central Florida, with the focus of executing the post-acquisition investment thesis for each asset class.
Previously, Mike was a Senior Manager at a venture-led startup that was acquired after raising Series B.
Mike currently resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife and two children.
Chief of Staff
Tia was previously the Chief of Staff at OneOutdoor Holdings, an investment company that focused on acquisitions in the home services industry.
In twenty-four months, Tia assisted in the investment origination, and acquisition of 6 commercial landscaping companies, as well as post-close operations in Florida and Georgia
While at OneOutdoor, Tia led the integrations team for each acquisition post-close, as well as partner relations.
Prior to OneOutdoor, Tia worked in administration in K12 education in Central Florida
Tia currently resides in Orlando, Florida with her husband and two children
